INTRODUCTION
Dana HDPE Polymer ( High Density Polyethylene) – Plastic Pellets with broad molecular weight distribution, specially developed for small blow molded bottles. This grade which is produced by 1-hexene as a co-monomer, offer high stiffness, easy flow, very good ESCR, chemical resistance and sufficient impact strength.DANA High Density Polyethylene – Plastic Pellets for blow moulding is recommended for multipurpose blow molding process. It has been manufactured under Basell license.
Applications
Multipurpose blow molding process- Small blow molded bottles- Packaging of consumer and dangerous goods.
1. Food and beverage bottles, milk jugs, cups, shampoo and conditioner bottles
2. Cereal box liners, bread bags, and carrier bags
3. Pile guards, bumpers, and anti-skid surfaces
4.Water pipe flanges, corrosion-resistant piping, and sewage mains
5. Cable insulation, cutting boards, toys, picnic ware, and more
6. Outdoor cabinetry and furniture, garden furniture, and flower pots
