Dana Flushing Oil
Product description
Dana Flushing Oil is specially formulated from solvent-refined paraffinic base oils combined with detergent additives. It is designed for use in both diesel and petrol engines to effectively remove debris, sludge, and oxidative materials. Additionally, it can be used to de-sludge and clean large hydraulic systems and turbine systems.

Directions for use
Fill the flushing oil into the engine system and circulate it for a short duration of 10–15 minutes underlight or no load conditions. The process should be carried out while the engine is idling to reduce stress during cleaning. At the end, ensure the oil is completely drained while still hot for best results.

Health & safety
Prolonged or repeated contact with oil may cause skin irritation or disorders. Avoid direct contact and wash immediately with soap and water if exposed. Do not discharge used oil into drains, soil, or water. Dispose of through an authorized used oil collection facility.
Storage Recommendations
Store all packages under cover. If outdoor storage is unavoidable, drums should be kept horizontally to prevent water ingress and label damage. Products should not be stored above 60°C, or exposed to direct sunlight or freezing conditions.
