Heat transfer oil is a high-temperature synthetic heat transfer oil engineered with excellent thermal stability and long-lasting performance. Even at 345 °C, it maintains superior thermal conductivity, ensuring efficient heat transfer for demanding industrial applications.

Health and Safety
General Safety
DANALUBES HT is formulated from high-quality synthetic base oils with selected additives. Under normal operating conditions, it presents no significant health hazard when proper industrial hygiene practices are followed.
Handling Precautions
Avoid prolonged or repeated skin contact. Prevent splashing and inhalation of oil mist or vapors at elevated temperatures. Wear appropriate protective clothing, gloves, and safety glasses when handling.
Storage Recommendations
Store in a cool, dry, and well-ventilated area. Keep containers tightly closed and away from direct sunlight, ignition sources, and incompatible materials. Protect from moisture and contamination.
Fire and Thermal Hazards
Although DANALUBES HT has a high flash point (184 °C O.C.), it can still burn if overheated or exposed to open flames.Use appropriate extinguishing media (foam, dry chemical, CO₂) in case of fire. Avoid using water jets directly on burning oil.
Environmental Precautions
Do not discharge into drains, surface water, or soil. Collect spillage with absorbent materials and dispose of in accordance with local regulations. Used oil must be disposed of responsibly via licensed waste contractors.
First Aid Measures
Skin contact: Wash with soap and water; remove contaminated clothing. Eye contact: Rinse immediately with clean water for at least 15 minutes. Seek medical advice if irritation persists.
Inhalation: Move the exposed person to fresh air. If breathing difficulties occur, seek medical assistance. Ingestion: Do not induce vomiting. Rinse mouth and seek medical attention immediately.
