Can this grease be used in water-exposed environments?
Yes. The complex lithium/calcium soap thickener provides excellent water resistance, making this grease suitable for applications with exposure to water spray, steam, or high humidity. It resists washout and maintains its protective film even in wet conditions.
What re-lubrication intervals can I expect?
Re-lubrication intervals depend on the application and operating conditions. In typical kiln bearing applications, intervals of 500–1,000 hours are achievable. For oven conveyor chains, 1,000–2,000 hours is common. The superior oxidation resistance extends service life compared to conventional lithium greases.
