BLACK MASTERBATCH –Black Masterbatch, like white masterbatch, is a concentrated mixture used to impart black color to plastics. It contains pigments and additives that are combined with base polymers to achieve the desired color and performance.  Depending on end-products’ requirements, those components along with proportion will be adjusted and customized accordingly, making it perfectly meet customers’ expectations.

 Composition: The primary pigment used in black masterbatch is carbon black, known for its excellent color strength and opacity. Carbon black is highly effective   at absorbing light and provides a deep, rich black color. The masterbatch may also include additives such as carriers, stabilizers, and dispersing agents to ensure     even distribution and processing.

• Automotive Compounding.
• Injection Molding, Blow Molding & Roto molded tanks.
• Cable sheathing compounds.
• Non specification pipes, drainage pipes, conduits.
