Advanced Extended-Life Coolant for All Engine Types
DANA Lubes Radiator Coolant Concentrate is a premium ethylene glycol-based, silicate-free OAT (Organic Acid Technology) coolant formulated to G12+ specifications. It delivers outstanding 5-year / 250,000 km protection against freezing, boiling, corrosion, and cavitation across all cooling system metals — aluminium, cast iron, copper, brass, and solder.
Manufactured in our UAE facility with 30,000 MT annual capacity, this silicate-free long-life formula eliminates the risk of silicate dropout and abrasive wear, ensuring optimal heat transfer efficiency and extended component life in passenger cars, trucks, buses, and industrial engines.
Key Benefits & Features
- Extreme Freeze Protection — Protects cooling systems down to -37°C when mixed 50/50 with deionised water, ideal for sub-zero climates
- Superior Boil Protection — Raises boiling point to +129°C in pressurised systems, preventing overheating in extreme heat conditions
- Comprehensive Corrosion Prevention — OAT inhibitor package provides long-lasting protection for aluminium, iron, copper, brass, and solder throughout the service interval
- Long-Life Formula — 5-year / 250,000 km service life reduces maintenance costs and coolant change frequency
- Silicate-Free Technology — Eliminates silicate dropout, abrasive wear, and water pump seal damage for improved heat transfer
- Universal OEM Compatibility — Meets or exceeds major OEM specifications, suitable for all makes and models

Frequently Asked Questions
What mixing ratio should I use?
For optimal performance, mix 50% coolant concentrate with 50% deionised or distilled water. This ratio provides freeze protection down to -37°C and boil protection up to +129°C in a pressurised system. Never use hard water as minerals can react with the inhibitor package and reduce effectiveness.
Can I mix this coolant with other coolant types?
DANA Lubes G12+ OAT coolant is compatible with most ethylene glycol-based OAT and hybrid coolants. However, we recommend a complete system flush when switching from conventional silicate-based (IAT) coolants to ensure maximum performance and service life from the OAT formula.
How often should the coolant be replaced?
With the 50/50 mixing ratio, DANA Lubes Radiator Coolant Concentrate provides protection for up to 5 years or 250,000 km — whichever comes first. Always verify coolant condition using a refractometer or test strips during scheduled maintenance to confirm freeze point and pH levels remain within specification.
What packaging options are available?
We offer 200L drums, 1000L IBCs, flexitanks (24,000L), and ISO tanks for bulk shipments. Private label packaging is also available for distributors and private label partners. Contact our sales team for custom packaging requirements.
