Refrigeration Oil

Refrigeration Oils are developed for refrigeration compressors and systems requiring ozone friendly HFC refrigerants. These Environmental Awareness Lubricants are developed to give:

  • Excellent evaporator cleanliness.
  • Less compressor wear.
  • Low temperature fluidity.
  • High system efficiency and proper oil return in refrigeration system designs.

Applications :

Refrigeration Oil is hygroscopic and care must be taken to avoid moisture absorption during handling. Packages should be closed properly when not in use, and small packaging should be preferred. Product should not be transferred to plastic containers that can allow moisture ingress.

Applications include:

  1. Household refrigeration such as refrigerators, freezers, air conditioners and heat pumps.
  2. Industrial applications such as food preparation and freezing, as well as cryogenic applications.
  3. Commercial refrigeration applications such as business, mall and hotel air conditioning, and low temperature transportation.

Features and Advantages :

High temperature stabilityHigh evaporator cleanliness, less unscheduled downtime and reduced maintenance costs
Well defined miscibility It assures high system efficiency and proper oil return in refrigeration system designs
Excellent anti wear propertiesLess compressor wear resulting in lower maintenance costs
High Viscosity Index and wax-freeLow temperature fluidity, no waxy deposits and high evaporator efficiency
Extensive viscosity rangeIt can meet specific viscosity requirements of a wide range of equipment and applications

Handling health & Safety :

Lubricants consisting of highly refined mineral oils with specification additives. In normal conditions of use, this lubricant presents no particular toxic hazard. All lubricants, of any kind should be handled with great care, particularly avoiding can contact with the skin.

Prevent any splashing, and keep away from combustible materials. Store under cover and away from any risk of pollution. Dispose off the used oil correctly; don’t pour down drains, into watercourses or the soil.
